Roast Pumpkin soup

I was delighted to be asked by Rebecca to photograph the main ingredients of my Roast pumpkin soup. Being a former chef also i was asked for my recipe.
Delighted  as i was, the recipe would have to reflect my recent dietary changes. Out go butter and cream. In come yoghurt and olive oil. My obsession for good salt continues unabated.
