Diglis

It's been a funny old day weather-wise.   Rain was forecast for the afternoon and we d8d have some earlier, but then it was clear for most of the rest of the day.

We went out for a coffee this morning. Parts of the city, including where we live, was closed off to traffic as it is the day of the Worcester City run.  We did see some runners from the house, though they avoided the canal towpath!

So we walked in, as we usually do, and ended up at Cosy Club, next door to The Botanist.  Both have covered outside sitting areas in case of rain.

After lunch I dug out the Olympus and took a walk along the riverside to Diglis footbridge which spans the Severn.  I haven't used the 'big camera'  for quite a while, and was shocked to see all the photos were date stamped 31st December 2014 when I processed them.  Apparently the camera had been asleep so long it had forgotten the date!

The photo is of teasels by the lock at Diglis Island.
