Fatima Salem - Sheikh Jarrah, East Jerusalem

I have visited the Sheikh Jarrah district in occupied East Jerusalem several times since 2010. This time we visited Fatima Salem in her home for 70 years .  She is the oldest one in the family of 12, including 6 children that is facing ethnical cleansing. The daily harassment and indescribable violence from the settlers have made their life a living hell.   

The United Nations and the international community have repeatedly called for a halt to forced evictions and demolitions  in Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood under international humanitarian law.
