The Victorian Set at Northiam

My first turn at Northiam to work the level crossing gates since before the pandemic. Perhaps since 2018: https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2427744680830569797. I can’t find a later posting. I’d recently renewed my competencies to work the gates which will last for 5 years.

Lovely day on the platform, the Victorian Set looked resplendent in the warm September sunshine in the charge of Swiftsure. The Sunday Lunch Pullman likewise and well patronised - everyone dressed up in their finery. The third train was hauled by the Class 33 diesel: 33202.

Loved your responses to yesterday’s blip. Thank you.
