Interesting week ahead....  #1, we're breaking heat records.  It was 105F in the shade on my deck this afternoon!  More of the same is forecast for the rest of the week.  It got up to 87F in my living room today.  #2, Becky and Darrin are going to visit his brother in Virginia for 5 days.  Because of #1, we have volunteered to move into their air-conditioned house to take care of the dogs while they're gone, starting Wednesday.  #3, we're going up to Estes Park tomorrow to check out RV parks for the end of the month.  A lot of reviews say things like, "packed in like sardines", which wouldn't make us happy.  We'll beat the heat up there at 8000 feet, and hopefully find a nice camping spot.  We'll still have to come back to a hot house, though - but only for one day. :-)

I am grateful that Sam's Club still had four EZ-Up canopies left today.  We've been looking to get a new one and they were half price!  We were going to set it up on the lawn to check it out, but it was way too hot for that!
