Kowhai Yellow Close Up

I snipped a flower stem from the Kowhai tree and put it in this little ceramic vase.  I was back at the pool exercising and the forester walked up the hill to test his new tramping boots.  He is pleased with them.  It has been sunny but the wind is chilly so I didn't stay long in the garden.  There is always tomorrow.
