Bizarre

Spotted through the window of what appeared to be a disused office on the quayside, was this bizarre array of old-fashioned mannequins cut off at the knees.  They look to be 30s or 40s vintage.

My extra, taken through the same window, shows a creepy gathering of child mannequins that look like standing extras from a horror movie.  But following a link online for "Cigalou Saint Tropez", I see that on the other side of the glass is a defunct clothing store, Boutique Cigalou.  It says "temporarily closed".  But it doesn't look to me like it will ever re-open.
