Distant Southerly Front

The grey cloud bank on the distant horizon is scudding up the east coast towards Wellington and the remainder of the North Island. It dropped snow as it travelled through various eastern areas of the South Island.. Apart from a chilly wind, we here in Blenheim missed out on any moisture let alone actual snow.
I took Maisie to Sally the Groomers late this morning. She looks and smells beautiful now. Then I took Amelia our tiny Birman girl to Sally. Terry her assistant shaved/clipped the worst of the knots off her.
