What's so special about a Tulip?

Spent the morning down in the town centre, doing bits and bobs and having coffee. The day is quite nice, not as nice as yesterday but not bad at all.

What's so special about this Tulip, I hear you say!!!! Well, just that this is the very first tulip of springtime in our garden...... about a month late. We have quite a few ready to burst open, but this is the only brave little one so far.

So I blipped it!!!!
