Good morning Portsmouth

This morning we sailed into a rather stormy looking Portsmouth. Soon after we departed the ferry the rains came down.
The Spinnaker Tower is a famous landmark by the harbour which has featured previously in many blips. Between 2015 and 2020 it was repainted and rebranded as the "Emirates Spinnaker Tower" following a five-year commercial sponsorship deal with the Emirates airline.
To the left you can see the famous warship HMS Victory, best known for her role in the Battle of Trafalgar.


In today's extra is the HMS Prince of Wales, the £3bn flagship aircraft carrier of the Royal Navy which rather embarrassingly broke down off the Isle of Wight last week. It is said to have a broken propellor shaft and will need to be taken to Rosyth shipyard to be repaired in a dry dock. 
In this photo, the tower looks as though it is part of the ship!
