Mixed up!

The local council strike, means that the leisure centre & swimming pool hours are all over the place, it was shut yesterday & will be on Friday, the days I usually try to swim. So I was in for 2.15 pm when it opened today.
The worst part of the strike are no bin collections, nor are the dumps open. It is causing terrible problems for ABC council residents & businesses & the clear up isn't happening yet.
I however live in the Mid Ulster Council area, the strike has been called off as they reached a settlement after 4 weeks of strike. Our bins weren't emptied for 4 weeks, but the dumps were open, thankfully. Now our area insists we have id for the dump showing we live in the council area, as they are being overwhelmed by people from outside our area.
I di hope it is resolved soon for everyone's sake. It will of course all end up in our rates bill.
