At the dock

An unexpected trip to the city. Our dryer gave up the ghost a few days ago and we ordered a new one and picked it up today. G installed it. Both tired!
Another trip off island tomorrow for eye appointments for both of us. Bonus - we'll have a chance to visit DoogieVanIsle, my cousin and fellow blipper, and Impy. 
Kalyn's home opener tomorrow night but we can't go over because we made the eye appointments months ago and it would be months before we could get another one. Glad we'll be able to stream it!
The new name for the teams at her uni has been announced. It was the Simon Fraser Clan but because they play in the US and "Clan" has negative connotations, the teams are now the Red Leafs.  The reason for the Clan was the connection with the Scottish explorer Simon Fraser. I prefer it to the Red Leafs.
