Beach walk

We got up early and took the dogs to the beach for some swimming. Tried out my new waders and they worked great. Sea is warm enough to go in without them but won’t be for long. The dogs had a great time in the waves and came back knackered. Worked from home as it would have taken too long to get to work after the beach. Darwin spent some time with me in the study on the new pillows and sofa. Heavy rain during the day and while J went to the gym tonight so dogs didn’t get much of a second walk. Did manage to get the rest of the ironing finished. Had some emails from the solicitor about mums house and it was the first time they have mentioned the 20th Sept for a move date so feeling a bit more confident it might go through that week. Sad day with the passing of the Queen. Seems like everything is changing at the moment, who knows what the future will hold with new people in charge and I assume the ememies pushing forward to get what they want while things are in flux.
