Misty's favourite treats.

Not sure whats in them but she loves them.

Very sad to hear of the death of the Queen but she had a good long life and reached her 70th year as queen this year.
A whole new era is about to begin, a new prime minister and a new Monarch Charles the 3rd.
I shall miss seeing this brightly clad lady with beautiful matching hats, giving old folk a feeling we can wear bright colours too, everything today is beige grey or black and so boring.

I wonder when the coronation of Charles will be I expect there will be big street party's too. I remember Queen Elizabeth's coronation, our street saved up for weeks to make it a grand party which was held on the Saturday after the coronation. Children in the afternoon with games and food, then the adults in the evening held a dance and buffet. Being 12 I got to go to both We all got coronation mugs and special coins.
We watched the actual coronation on my grandmas 9inch black and white television, she had made a buffet spread and we sat watching the event for most of the day, at night we went to the local pub and sat out in the beer garden. Happy memories. Hope it doesn't rain for Charles' coronation, like it did for Queen Elizabeths
