Still life?`

The very words "still life" bring music to my ears now, as i find it increasing difficult to move around, or hold a camera to get the sharp shots i like. However, the words still life are magic words like, "Bacon sandwich". The down side however,  are the props! In order for me to be able to under take a still life shoot such as this one (see extras), the scene must be made. Rebecca must manoeuvre the brolly into position, dress me  (Barber). create scene, with me barking instructions, make coffee, clean and attach polariser (its raining), basically run around  fetching and carrying until all is set and i am happy. All i do is then manoeuvre the gorilla pod into position, fiddle with settings and press the shutter, or in this case, the remote shutter. Then call for Rebecca to re-build the scene for the next photo. Basically, a huge strain on resources, making "still life" not so still.
Back to wearing a bum bag around my waist with all necessary bits, glasses, lens cloth. spare batteries. lens cap, filters. Finally camera round neck and once in wheelchair, set loose in garden, to use imagination to find a composition.
Leaving Rebecca some free time to go about her day.
