This is a form of bottle brush (Calistemon) and couldn’t track down which one. It has a smaller flower head than the familiar ones.
If you suffer with hayfever then you need to stay away from them.

It was sad to wake to the news of The Queen passing away - overnight our time. What an effort by her to reign so long. We will miss that beautiful smile.
