Card Shoap

What sort of greetings card is a snobby one? "Happy birthday to someone out with whom I like to hang"?

I thought "shoap" might be Scots for shop, but according to the Urban Dictionary it is "a shower bar made of shampoo and soap, used in Gyms,Hotels and Prisons". (There are other definitions, but they are too rude to publish here).
