Hedgehog Buns!

I mean, I’ve been called worse names in my time! ;) These red bean paste steamed buns were one of several purchases from the Chinese supermarket that has opened near us. We always go into one in Edinburgh, so it’s lovely to have one a wee bit closer to home. The staff were lovely, and some customers greeted us a Happy Moon Festival, so we returned the greeting. Visit was yesterday, buns were today!
