Ripon Spa

We travelled to Ripon this morning to run another urban orienteering event. The course challenged our navigation skills from start to finish. A really enjoyable event.

This sorry looking building is what was originally a Spa and later a swimming pool. Vegetation is beginning to take hold in the masonry. It certainly could do with a make over/some TLC. It was first opened in 1905 by Queen Victoria’s youngest daughter Beatrice.
