Vintage and Steam Show

Attended the Speech House Vintage Show today with the RBL (Lydney branch in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire). I couldn't decide between this (main) photo or the Extra, which was on the RBL stand and I thought was rather nice.
Lots of action in the main arena with a simulated crash of two cars so the police, fire and ambulance service could show how they deal with such things.
A parade of the Steam traction and roller machines
Vintage cars, U.S. police cars, Tractors, Land Rovers (some quite ancient), vintage motorbikes, Malamute, or Huskies pulling 'wheeled sleighs' and even a 'display' team that had come all the way from France, as they are twinned with Coleford. They were so funny, not much of a display as they just did two circuits of the arena and then lined up for a photo. They were using a variety of 'Mopeds', rather like the NSU Quickly that my father road to commute to work in the 60's.
See the couple of extra Extra's.
