Balance

This tree trunk balancing on the Allan Water weir following recent heavy rain seems an appropriate metaphor for our troubled times.
Have just watched the new David Attenborough documentary , Frozen Planet, ( BBC 1). Yet another reminder of global warming.
Covid update.
M seems to be over the worst. Tomorrow we both do tests. It seems the NHS no longer monitor new cases and the official line is that after six days you need not quarantine even if still testing positive. Even the local Health centre didn’t want to know .
