Mid Autumn Festival

Today has been about catching up. Washing, shopping, cleaning etc.
Youngest was also here for a few hours as she had stayed with her Dad last night. She as always enjoyed a long soak in the bath.
My neighbour had taken in a parcel for us whilst away and as neither of us had ordered anything were quite surprised. It turned out to be a beautiful gift from a work associate of 'A' and was traditional Chinese mooncakes that are eaten as part of Mid Autumn Festival. Not tried yet but they came beautifully presented and there are plenty to share. I've heard they may be an acquired taste.... (Find out more Chinese Mooncake)
