Open for Business

As I was about to take a picture of this lovely church on a hill overlooking Vik, this bus ‘rudely’ drove in front of me.  

Today we drove on the south coast, visiting waterfalls, receding glaciers, a black sand beach, a beautiful lighthouse, and more.  Weather wise, it was a perfect day with temps from 10 to 18 and wonderful sun along with beautiful blue skies.

We had Red Hot Lava soup for lunch and lobster for dinner.

Tons of us tourists were everywhere.  It’s a country with spectacular landscapes and very nice people.
