Happy Birthday, Tom

Today is the 31st birthday of my middle son, Tom.

Here's a collage of various stages in his life, starting in the upper left corner with a blond cherub, progressing to the upper right corner where he has become a serious little boy of 8. On to the stormy teenage years in the lower left corner, where he went through a stage of refusing to ever cut his hair (who can blame him, really!), and finally a grown man in the lower right, celebrating his marriage to the beautiful and talented Kristin.

I can't believe how fast the years have flown past.
