Sheep and viaduct

The Pensford viaduct was for the railway, built in 1874. It stopped being used for passengers in 1959, and for coal (this was a coal mining area) in 1964. It’s awesome to look at and walk under, and it has a fantastic echo if you talk inside one of the arches. This was the same walk I did a couple of weeks ago, from Stanton Drew to Pensford. this but this time I went with my nephew, we walked faster and further, and picked a nice big bag of blackberries.  And we stopped at the lovely coffee and cake caravan:)
