Couldn’t resist buying this pretty succulent - it’s an indoor variety. There was a tray of them on the counter in the shop in the next village. It was £2 - I’m a big (!) spender.
We had to take Ziggy to the vet this morning. Last night we noticed he was very quiet and couldn’t put one of his back legs on the floor. On checking him this morning his paw was swollen and he seems to have an abscess in between his pads. The vet we saw was very nice and gave us some antibiotic tablets and a small bottle of Metacam. We’re to go back in a week if it’s still swollen. After his first dose this morning he already seems a lot better and he’s putting his paw on the floor, but not weight bearing yet. Keeping an eye on him.
