Royal wave

Up early with Arthur, doing jigsaws. Later he helped me make pancakes (drop scones). The family headed home at 9.30 as they wanted to get back for Arthur's football session.
Spotted the royal plane flying in while I was having my lunch in the conservatory, so decided to walk along to the end of our road in hope of seeing King Charles pass on his way to Holyrood. Several of my neighbours had the same idea. 
Several police outrider bikes shot past us at unbelievable speed. Luckily the royal car was moving a bit slower so we waved and were able to see Charles and Camilla waving as they passed us.
