Stewed apple

At the weekend CyclopsJnr and cyclops collected four bags of apples at Granny's house and cyclops made this into stewed apple. CyclopsJnr loves fruity things at the best of times but it is an especially welcome snack whilst he is on a softish food diet.

The period of the Queen's lying in state in Edinburgh ended today and she was taken to the airport. This shut down much of north west Edinburgh (where we live) for the afternoon. Swimming lesson was cancelled, and most buses. We anticipated this and biked to school and back today.
