Not that impressed

I took advantage of being out of school early to attend a meeting at this end of town to finally get out for an after school run. I was quite impressed with myself; Bailey less so but I did get two greetings. I'm now watching the first episode of Bake Off whilst he is out in the garden in the dark. 

Tuesdays are going to be lots of steps days - over 22 000 today including the running but I had done 14 000 before I left work. Quite a few conversations too and some covering for other folk before my early departure.
