The Unexpected

A second day of household COVID. We’ve taken things very easy, had a contactless drop off of essential meds (thanks dad) and tried to get lots of rest. Both of us feel pretty wiped out although my throat is a bit less sore than yesterday.

I actually stepped outside for a few minutes. Annie originally planted this pot up earlier in the year with nicotiana plants which the squirrels then dug up. We never replanted it but somehow a sunflower seed seems to have got itself planted (not very centrally).
