Phantom cyclist…

… or phantom iced latte?
I’m not sure why I set off to town so early this morning. I had a blood test at 9.30 and just needed a few bits from M&S but by 8.30 there I was. M&S hadn’t stocked up their shelves so I stopped off for an iced latte in the café.
