..Northern Rail for your flash ticket sale that enabled me to have a splendid day out in Manchester for a quid each way. The area around Deansgate is my favourite with the old waterways and new buildings blending well together and lots of people enjoying the canal paths. Always a lovely friendly city to visit. And isn't Afflecks palace an experience!
