Last of the summer roses

Well it looks as if we are in track- if I don’t get Covid- to go on our first foreign holiday for over three years.
How times have changed! I couldn’t believe that the small booklet that dropped on the mat this morning contained all our travel information. The tickets are simply a code .
And as for the Covid certificate of vaccination we have spent several fraught hours downloading it( yes yes I know it’s supposed to be simple). Then someone said do it all on your smartphone. And it worked.
