Sautéed chicken breast, jollof rice, and zucchini with maui onion. Wine: Hermes Nemea Agiorgitiko 2019.

This was my first jollof rice, and it definitely won't be my last. We don't have Greek wine often (and we find very little selection of it near is), so the wine was also new to us and pleasant.
