Evening cloisters

“Man goes out to his work and to his labour until the evening.” Psalm 104 v 23
I took one of these photos yesterday and then forgot to post! Such a beautiful light on the stones.
After a long day at the computer it was good to stretch my legs. I could hear the choir singing in the cathedral so I popped in for the last part of evensong Very tranquil and a lot more people than normal who stayed to sign the book of condolences. The flower carpet outside grows ever larger.
