Wild ponies

We took Alice B’s 96 year old mum out for a drive today along the coast road where we came across a small number of wild ponies grazing by the roadside. We enjoyed take-away lunch of Cornish pasties from Lavenders at Long Rock.

Later A & I swam at the Jubilee pool, firstly in the sparsely populated main pool where the water temperature was a cool 16.5C, and despite the wetsuit I needed to keep moving to stay in for 15 mins. Then we enjoyed lounging in the crowded geothermal pool which was a welcome 34C sans wetsuit!

Off to the Isles of Scilly tomorrow.
