What a saga this morning! Basically an unfortunate accident/fall ended in concussion and a torn hamstring. For the time being, my right leg can't bear weight and I've been issued with crutches. The staff at the Queen Elizabeth hospital, Gateshead, were brilliant as usual. I finally got home at 4pm ish. So that's my diary interrupted for a while. My daughter and I had a chuckle as she pushed me about at the hospital in the wheelchair and assisted me in getting to the toilet :-)  She said that she didn't expect to be doing this for at least another 30 years !  At least I know she is already gearing herself up to help me in my old age!!!!! Lol.
