In the yellow.

If I had been 139 instead of 142 I would have been in the green. I am not unduly worried as when I was taught to take blood pressure the top number was ok if it was 100 + your age. This seems to have gone out of the window now and anything over 140 is deemed to be high. Also I was told the bottom number was the important one and should be 90 or less. 
I know there are variations of what constitutes high and low blood pressure depending on what country you are in. Years ago I was told that some countries consider low blood pressure to be OK and not a problem.  
I find it interesting.
