Ready for harvest

The coming of autumn brings the apple harvest. There will be a good crop this year. Few are up to the display standards of supermarkets but we are happy to live with that. Many have the signs of a summer of extremes. There is a community garden nearby which will take our excess and convert it to apple juice. Doesn’t matter what the apples look like.
