Flowers

We had a reasonable morning. We managed to unassemble the one chair we'd made a start on and pack the whole thing back in the box. The man on the phone at the suppliers was very helpful and agreed to arrange the return and provide a refund.

Ann has been doing a grand job of 'dressing' the lounge now the new floor is down. We have a theme and are slowly getting there.

After lunch we went out looking for faux flowers and coffee.  As we were walking to the Commandery Cafe I saw the people by the flowers at the bottom of the cross outside the cathedral. I'm no royalist but respect the feelings of others and their wanting to lay flowers as remembrance for the Queen.  It is a nice gesture and judging by the number of bunches, it is a popular one.
