Up early to Kirkcaldy to do parkrun with no1 grandson who was doing his 100th - more than 7 years after his 50th. He came 7th and his dad 8th, just behind. The rest of us ran respectable times.
Back to their house for bacon rolls, a catch-up and lunch and then a walk to Kinghorn Loch where the haughty geese in the extra are. We walked past the gof course and this very rusty faence was.
Home for tea and have had to put the heating on for the first time since June, it was chilly today and not much sun to warm things up.
