Parkrun volunteer

So no running until end october volunteered at my parkrun very glad to not be doing the hills one of them in the photo! 
Been to a dear friend in our book groups significant birthday in her garden.. It was so well done, Cocktail maker, Pizza van and cake all was sòo lovely..
