Stake-out

I’ve put myself in a shirobi - white belt - since Kancho suggested (asked had I thought about) testing for yondan (fourth degree black) next year. It’s not, I suppose strictly necessary, but it is a nod to tradition (though perhaps traditionally one wouldn’t wear the shirobi for as long as I probably will).

As for the garden stake … training alone mostly, I needed to figure out some way to work on maai - distancing, essentially. Thus, a stake in a brick. ;)
