Coincidence

Sorting out some family photos today I came across this menu card from the Queen’s table at Balmoral Castle exactly 37 years ago. After finishing university my daughter had a holiday job for six weeks working in the kitchens at Balmoral Castle. A great learning experience for her and she had an interesting time seeing all the Royal Family at close quarters.
