At Turnips

This evening saw a very belated Christmas party for the core team associated with one of my clients (I help with both their collaborative working facilitation and their marketing). We had a quick bottle of wine at the Boot and Flogger in Southwark, then went to Turnips in Borough Market for their tasting menu (I had the vegetarian menu - which differed in three courses from the standard one - and we all sampled the recommended wines - five 100cl glasses). Absolutely one of the best evening's dining I've ever had - the dessert was a black fig, chocolate and hazelnut concoction with a pine sorbet
