Monday holiday

Swim #51 with V and A.
One big wave to get past then lovely swimming in the swell.
A walk with my friends the Ws along the beach.
A cuppa.
Took the 26 bus to Prestonpans and walked home along the John Muir Way.
Time for a ponder.
Going to have a quiet evening.
