Police escort vehicle?

Does that big shiny black limousine have a police escort? If so, who could it be for? Maybe it is just a coincidence.

I was on another walk through the city attempting to maintain my step count at something like it is when I am in Lenno. I did take advantage of being at Union Square to visit the M&S food hall.

A bit warmer than yesterday, though at 17º the temperature hardly counts as warm.
