Batch cooking

I’ve made a Bavette steak and mushroom and veg casserole today. There is enough for 6 portions. Sadly we are not eating it today, although I tasted a bit of gravy. Wow! I’m dribbling it’s yummy. But it’s all to be frozen for later meals. We will be grateful at a later time to have it in the freezer.
It’s been a lovely day today, although getting cooler and we’ve put the summer quilt on last night, a sheet wasn’t quite enough.
