Perpignan

This was the rosy view from our hotel in Perpignan this morning - looking toward the Theatre de l'Archipel (red, circular building) and the windmills. We picked up our rental car, loaded it up (no small feat!), drove to Montpellier where we found parking (again, not at all easy!!) and made our way to our Airbnb apartment. This will be the last of our stays during this nomadic phase and we are here until the end of the month. The Airbnb host was wonderfully kind and helpful and I think we will really enjoy it here. J got what he thinks he'll need to get his bike in working order during this stay and we returned the rental car with 10 minutes to spare (!!). The Montpellier city centre is almost entirely pedestrianized, which we will really enjoy... and we will try not to think too much about how we are going to get all of our bags out of here in 10 days time!
