Marrow chutney and damson jelly made and labelled! The chutney will need a couple of months to mature but it already tasted good, with some chilli flakes and a hint of garlic!
Rob picked our own damson crop, another six pounds or so. I see Delia Smith has a rather tempting chutney recipe that I may try. They are tucked away (crammed) into the freezer meanwhile!
